Entertainment & Activities for Kids of All Ages
One of the most intriguing new elements to the weekend calendar is the “Pirates of Colonial America” exhibit, constructed last year and then contracted by the National Marine Manufacturing Association as part of its 2010 boat show season. The exhibit is filled with replica artifacts and is designed to give visitors the look of a pirate shanty town in early 18th Century Bahamas. Visitors walk past store fronts which present information on different aspects of pirate life, sign authentic articles with Pirate Captain Edward Low and receive their first week’s pay, or decide to abandon their pirate ways and visit the Governor’s Tent to receive a pardon.
And don’t forget to make your reservations at Door County Inns & Resorts property where you will NOT have to worry
about pirates kidnapping you or your loved ones!
