Door County Plein Air Festival

The official website of the Door County Plein Air Festival defines the festival as: Forty Artists. Six days to paint. One incredible event. The definition of the French term “plein air” is “in the open air”, and is used to describe the act of painting outdoors. Door County’s festival has lots of events for art lovers of all ages. The festival takes place July 19 – 24.

On Saturday, July 24 there are lots of free events going on in Fish Creek at Clark Park and at the Peninsula Art School.
